1 pkg yellow or white cake mix
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/3 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts
4 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 pkg. cream cheese
3 1/2 c. confectioner sugar (powdered)

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9 x 13 pan. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil. Pour into greased pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until done. Allow to cool.

To make Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting-
Melt 2 tbs. of butter. Add 3/4 c. of coconut and stir until browned. Dry on paper towel. Cream other 2 tbs. butter with cream cheese. Add milk, sugar, vanilla and stir in remaining coconut.

Spread icing on cake and sprinkle with browned coconut.
