Crisco 2/3 cup
1 cup sweet milk

Directions:
Put the flour in the dough tray and make a nest. Cut with a pastry cutter until mealy. Add milk and stir with a fork. When it holds together, put on a floured board. Knead until it forms a nice lump. Don’t overknead. Roll it out to ½ inch thick. Cut with a snuff can to make 1 1/2 inch biscuits that you can eat in one bite. Bake at 400º degrees until brown.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Lola used to cut the ham, and I would make 200 ham biscuits for parties.
