½ kg carrots
6 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 glass or more yoghurt (depends on the thickness of yoghurt) *drained yoghurt is preferred
50gr walnuts
Salt, paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Scrape and coarsely grate the carrots, Saute in olive oil with some salt. Whip the yoghurt with crushed garlic and crushed walnuts. Add to the carrots. Mix well. Sprinkle with paprika or other spices you like.

Serve with any kind of meat, chicken or as a spread on bread.
