2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes
1 quart vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in medium weight saucepan over medium heat. Add brown sugar and cinnamon, stirring until well blended. Stir in crushed cereal until well coated; spread on cookie sheet. Scoop ball of ice cream onto cereal mixture. Roll balls until coated with mixture; place in 9x13 pan, cover and freeze. Serve with caramel, chocolate sauce, honey and/or whipping cream.
