2 Tilapia filets
2 thick slices ripe tomato
12 stalks asparagus, cooked al dente
1 medium red onion, sliced thinly and carmelized
2 Tbsp white wine
granulated garlic, thyme, salt & pepper
2 pieces heavy duty tin foil, about 18" long

Directions:
Directions:
Place foil shiny side up on a flat surface. Lightly oil 1/2 of each piece. Layer six stalks of asparagus, then a fish filet. Sprinkle filet with granulated garlic and dot with butter. Divide the carmelized onions. Top with a slice of tomato. Sprinkle tomato with thyme, salt and pepper. Drizzle with the white wine. Fold foil over and seal the edges tightly. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
Open the packet carefully. Watch the steam.
