1 beef brisket (not corned beef)
1 pkg. onion soup mix
several dollops of butter
2-3 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Place beef brisket on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Sprinkle onion soup mix over the top. Drop several dollops of butter on top and add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water. Seal aluminum foil, or you can put another sheet on top and seal all the edges. If doing one piece of foil, seal then turn over and double wrap in another sheet of foil. Bake 350º for 1 hour, then turn down to 225º for 8-9 hours. This can be cooked overnight.
