1 pkg breakfast sausage
6 English muffins cut into 1 inch cubes
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
12 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup bacon bits

Cook sausage, cool slightly and cut into 1/4" slices
Place English muffin cubes in greased 9x13 baking dish
Drizzle muffins cubes with melted butter
Layer on sausage, cheese and onion
In large bowl combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over layers in baking dish
Sprinke with bacon bits
Cover and refrigerate overnight
Remove from refrigerator 30 min. before baking
Uncover and bake and 350 for 40-45 min. or until knife inserted into center comes out clean
Let stand 5 minutes before serving
