1 T Parsley
3/4 tsp Salt
Dash Pepper
4 T Sugar or Splenda
4 T Vinegar
1 to 2 T Oil
Dash Hot Pepper Sauce

1 lg Head Lettuce or 1 bag of Lettuce
2 C chopped Celery, optional
4 Scallions thinly sliced, optional
2 cans Mandarin Oranges
1/2 C Sugared Almonds or Walnuts

Mix dressing ingredients in a separate dish. For sugared almonds, put sliced almonds with 2 T sugar in a pan. Cook over medium heat until slightly browned and coated. Cool and then break apart. Mix all salad ingredients and pour dressing over salad.

The salad dressing is good on any salad. I like to use this dressing on a salad with strawberries and kiwi.
