2 Cans (9 oz. each) Bean Dip
3 Avocados, Peeled
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 c. Sour Cream
1/2 c. Mayonnaise
1 package Taco Seasoning
2 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 can Black Olives, sliced
4 Green Onions, sliced
1 Large Tomato, seeded & chopped

Spread bean dip on serving dip or casserole dish. In a small bowl, mash together with lemon juice, salt & pepper. Spread over bean dip. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise & taco seasoning. Spread over avocado layer. Sprinkle shredded cheese, olives, onions & tomatoes over top. Serve with tortilla chips.
