1 Tbs olive oil
2 stalks celery, diced
1 medium onion, diced
2 (10 3/4 oz) cans cream of potato soup
2 soup cans of milk
12-16 oz crab-meat
1 (11oz) can mixed white and yellow corn
1/2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp curry powder, not hot
1/4 tsp coriander
Cayenne pepper to taste ( a pinch)

Put olive oil in a hot stock pan. Saute celery and onions, until onions are translucent. Add the soup and milk, stirring until smooth. Add the crab. Drain and add the corn. Stir in the remaining ingredients and heat through.
