Brownie Mix

Frosting:

3 c. powdered sugar
6 tbsp. butter (softened)
4 tbsp. cream
green food coloring
1 ½ tbsp. peppermint extract

Glaze:

4 oz. chocolate chips (melted)
4 tbsp. butter (softened)
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and bake a box of Brownies in 13 x 9 pan.

Let brownies cool before frosting.

Frosting:

Mix powdered sugar, butter, cream, and peppermint extract till smooth. Add green food coloring.

Ice brownies while still in pan. Chill entire pan until firm (1-2 hours).

Glaze:

Heat chocolate chips and butter in double boiler on low heat. Add vanilla. When thoroughly melted, layer glaze on brownies while glaze is still hot.

Cut into small 1x2 or 2x3 inch rectangles.
