2 cans black eyed peas, drained
2 cans black beans, drained
2 cans shoepeg corn, drained
2 cans stewed tomatoes, Mexican style, drained
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped green pepper
2 spritz of lemon or lime
1 tsp. smoked seasoning
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 T. hot sauce
1 large bottle of Italian dressing

Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with pita or tortilla chips.
