5 qts. applesauce
10 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in roast pan. Bake at 350º for 3 hours or until thick. Stir every 20 minutes. Pour into jars and seal. Note: to make darker add 1 c. molasses.
