Mom's Pumpkin Bread Recipe

4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. pumpkin
2/3 c. water
3 1/2 c. all purpose flour
3 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. raisin
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Combine in mixer eggs, sugar, oil, pumpkin, and water. Sift together and blend into above mixture the flour, soda, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Stir in raisins and walnuts. Pour into 4 greased and floured 1 lb. coffee cans or 4 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
