1 lb. bacon 1 cup grated chedder cheese 1 1/2 cup milk 1 cup Bisquick 1/2 medium yellow onion 6 oz. sour cream 3 eggs salt and pepper to taste
Brown, drain and crumple bacon. Put in the bottom of an 11x17 greased dish. Top with onion and cheese. Put the rest of the ingredients in a blender for 1 minute. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 until tests done with a knife (35-45 min.)
