1 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c.+ sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Topping:
1/2c + finely chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs. Fold in sour cream and vanilla carefully. Add dry ingredients. (Mix tem together first) Pour 1/2 the batter into greased and floured 10" tube pan. Cover batter with 1/2 the topping. Repeat batter then rest of topping. Bake 55-60 minutes @ 350'
I usually double topping.
