6 to 8 large potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
garlic salt
black pepper
bacon bits
green onions, chopped
shredded cheddar cheese

Peel and cut potatoes in cubes. Boil until tender. Drain potatoes. Beat potatoes until mashed smooth.

Add cream cheese, sour cream, butter, cheddar cheese, and milk. Add garlic salt and black pepper to taste. Spread potatoes in 9X13 casserole dish. Bake 30 min. at 325 until heated thoroughly. Top with bacon, green onions and cheese.
