1 & 1/2 cups instant onion.
128 oz. (1 gallon) ketchup.
9 cups of water.
20 lbs. of browned ground beef.
4 & 1/2 tbsp. chili powder.
12 oz. mustard.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients and simmer for 10 min.
Add beef, chili powder and mustard
Mix all and simmer for 3 hours.

Serves about 11 - 12 dozen buns.
