Extra firm tofu, cubed peanut butter soy sauce minced garlic fresh or powdered ginger lemon juice olive oil honey
Stir a little of this and a bit more of that of all ingredients except tofu together in small skillet and heat. Toss in tofu until well coated. This is good hot or cold. Adjust ingredient amounts to desired taste.
