1 lb top sirloin
1 sliced bell pepper
1 sliced onion
1 sliced tomato
2 T oil
1/4 tsp garlic
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cilantro
1 jalapeņo chili

Directions:
Directions:
Cut top sirloin into cube size pieces. Cook meat in large skillet with oil and spices for 10 minutes. Add bell pepper, onion, tomato, cilantro and chili. Cover and cook until meat is tender. Stir occasionally. Serve in a casserole dish with tortillas. (Pork, chicken or shrimp may be substituted for the beef)
