1 stick butter softened
1 c. sugar
Add 4 eggs, one at a time
1 can Hershey syrup (16 oz)
1 c. flour

5 Tbsp. butter
1 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Combine brownie ingredients and bake at 350 for 30 minutes in a 13x9 pan.

Bring frosting ingredients to a boil for 30 seconds and add chocolate chips. Stir thoroughly and frost cooled brownies.
