Chicken Chow Mein Recipe

c. vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
3 c. Napa cabbage chopped
3 c. celery diced
1 (28 oz.) can La Choy Stir Fry Vegetables
2 tsp. sugar
2 c. chicken broth
2 c. cooked chicken - cubed

3 Tbsp. cornstarch
c. water
c. soy sauce

Heat oil; add vegetables, cabbage, celery, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir in chicken broth. Cook 15 minutes at a simmer. Mix cornstarch, water and soy sauce in a shake container. Add to mixture. Stir until it thickens. Add cooked chicken and heat through. Serve over crispy chow mein noodles and steamed rice. Top with cashews if desired.

***You can substitute cooked ground pork for the chicken.
