1 big yellow squash, finely chopped
1 big zucchini squash, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 - 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
3/4 - 1 cup flour
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together thoroughly all ingredients. Pat out into thin patties and fry in small amount of oil until brown and crispy.
