2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1 package Lipton Onion Soup mix
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup warm water
1 tsp. salt

Sweet and Sour Sauce:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. pepper

In a small bowl combine bread and water, set aside.
Mix together all other ingredients. Add bread mixture. Mix thoroughly. Pout into loaf pan. Shape to fit pan.
Spread a little ketchup on top, cover with 3 strips bacon.
Bake in 350 oven for 1/2 hour. Pour sauce on top and bake 1/2 hour more.

Sweet and Sour Sauce:
Mix thoroughly and bring to a boil in small saucepan.
