1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 lb. pork
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten slightly
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
1 carrot
2 TB chili sauce
1 TB vegetable oil

Fry onion, chopped celery and chopped carrot in oil. Mix hamburger and pork together and mix in onion mixture. Mix in remaining ingredients except tomato sauce. Pat into oval shape and put in roasting pan. Pour tomato sauce over the top. Bake 1 hour at 400 or until done.
