1 12 oz package of white morsels
24 hard peppermint candies

Microwave morsels in a medium microwave-safe bowl on medium for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave an additional 15 seconds until smooth. Place unwrapped peppermints in a heavy duty plastic bag. Crush them with a rolling pin. Place a strainer over melted chocolate bowl and add crushed peppermints. This will release all the small candy pieces into the chocolate. Save large pieces. Spread the mixture on a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Press the large pieces in. Let stand for 1 hour until firm. Break into pieces. Store in airtight container.
