2 cups Bisquick
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 ripe bananas, mashed, about 2/3 cup
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Bisquick and sugar in large bowl. Combine egg, bananas, milk, and oil in a small bowl. Add banana mixture to dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened. Fill 12 cup muffin tin. Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes. Yield: 1 dozen
