4 - Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
6 tbsps - low cal BBQ sauce
1 - red onion
Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns
Garlic Powder
Spray Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the chicken breasts and then shred. Add the BBQ sauce to the shredded chicken and mix well. Set aside.

Open hamburger buns and spray butter on them, and sprinkle with garlic powder and toast in the oven.

Top with shredded chicken mixture and slices of red onion and enjoy!
