4 c chopped rhubarb 3/4 c flour 1 1/4 c white sugar 1/2 tsp ground cardamom 1/4 tsp cinnamon 2 unbaked pie crusts
Preheat oven to 350º. Cut rhubarb into 1" pieces. Pour rhubarb into the prepared pie crust. Combine flour, cardamom, cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle over the rhubarb in the crust. Cover with top crust making sure to cut 4 steam slots into the top of it. Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes. GREATMA made the best rhubarb pie!
