1 chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
2 tbsp margarine
2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, chopped and drained
3 tbsp. margarine
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
12 flour tortillas

In a large saucepan, cook onion and bell pepper in 2 tbsp of margarine until tender. Combine onion mixture with chicken and green chili peppers. Set aside.

For sauce:
In the same saucepan, melt 3 tbsp of margarine. Stir in flour, coriander and salt. Stir in broth, cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and 1/2 cup of cheese. Stir 1/2 of sauce into chicken mixture. Place 1/2 c. of chicken mixture in each tortilla, roll and place seam down in a baking dish. Cover with remainder of sauce and cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350
