1 lb Bob Evans sausage
1/2 cup green pepper, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, coarsely chopped
2 1/4 cup water
1 pkg Lipton dry chicken noodle soup
1/2 cup rice
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup water chestnuts

Directions:

Brown sausage. Break into small pieces with a fork. Add chopped vegetables and cook until tender. Cook soup, rice and water in covered kettle for 20 minutes. Add to sausage, salt and water chestnuts. Put into casserole and bake for 20 minutes at 350
