Round Steak or boneless beef rib steak cut into small cubes
Onions enough to cook meat in 1 cup - one large onion
Garlic salt
2 -3 large potatoes pealed and cubed small cubes.
2 large carrots sliced
1 canned corn drained
1 cup shredded white cabbage
Yellow squash small cubes
Green pepper diced
2 beef bullion cubes
Sweet basil

Cook meat and onions seasoned with all seasonings listed and covered to get juices out.
Add 2 beef bullion cubes sweet basil and add all vegetables
Cook slowly for 45 minutes to an hour
Serve with Side Cabbage Salad for Carbonada (See Recipe)
