2 green peppers
6 large green onions
1-2 cans tomatoes
1 large head cabbage
1 bunch celery
1 pkg Lipton onion soup
seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, curry, parsley, bouillion, hot sauce)

The Fat-Burning Soup Diet:

Day 1: Eat all fruits, except bananas. Unsweetened cranberry juice, water.

Day 2: All vegetables, except legumes, peas, and corn. For dinner, a baked potato with butter.

Day 3: Fruits, veggies, and soup. No potatoes.

Day 4: 3 bananas, skim milk, and soup.

Day 5: 10-20 oz beef. 1 can or 6 fresh tomatoes. 6-8 glasses of water.

Day 6: Beef & veggies. No potatoes.

Day 7: Brown rice. Unsweetened fruit juice. Veggies. Soup at least once today.

Personal Notes:
No alcohol, carbonated beverages, bread, or fried foods. Broiled or baked chicken may be substituted for beef. Broiled or baked fish may be substituted on one for beef. This diet is designed to help you lose 5-7 pounds in one week. It may be repeated for an additional week to lose 10-15 pounds. If target weight loss exceeds 15 pounds, you must wait 2 days to begin again.
