2 - (7oz.) boxes ring macaroni (Put in boiling salted water, cook till tender, 6-8 minutes)
1/2 c. diced onion
5 stalks diced celery
2 large diced cucumber
6 carrots, shredded (can dice if preferred)
5 lb. ham, diced
1-1/2 c. miracle whip
1-1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

In large bowl place cooked macaroni, ham, cucumber, celery, carrot and onion. Mix the rest of the ingredients well with an electric mixer. Pour over above and chill.
