2 c. Minute Rice
1 jar of Cheez Whiz
1 small onion (optional)
1 Tbsp. Butter or margarine
1 small package of broccoli
1/2 c. of sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Boil Minute Rice according to package. Stir in butter/margarine, cheez whiz and sour cream. Steam the broccoli about a minute or so. Add broccoli, salt and pepper to taste.

I took this to the very first McClain meal I ever attended and it sure was a hit! I even had to sing for my food when I wanted a dish passed around to me. FUN!
