5 lbs. Potatoes
10 slices of smoked Bacon
1 1/2 c. Onion
Celery
3 Tbsp. Flour
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. Cider Vinegar
1 c. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Potatoes until tender. Drain and peel. Cut bacon into thick slices. Fry until crisp. Drain, add onion and celery to bacon fat, saute until tender. Add flour and salt to the onion and celery, stir until bubbly. Add water, cider vinegar and sugar. Stir and boil for 1 minute. Heat on low burner for 30 to 45 minutes.
