8 ounces rainbow rotini
1 c. sliced black olives
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 medium chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 T parsley flakes
1 tsp basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. canola oil

Cook pasta using package directions. Drain and rinse. Mix with olives, bell pepper, onion, celery, and cheese in a large bowl. Mix together the parsley, garlic, paprika, pepper, oregano, seasoned salt, and Parmesan cheese. Stir this into the pasta mixture. Combine vinegar, sugar, and oil in small sauce pan. Cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Cool. Pour over pasta and toss well to coat. Chill for 6-8 hours.
