cup sugar
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
cup oil
1 cup sour cream
Place the above ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat together.
1 cup brown sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped pecans
Mix above ingredients together

To Assemble:
Pour one half of batter into a sheet cake pan (9X13).
Scatter the dry ingredients mixture over the batter.
Pour the other half of batter over the sugar and cinnamon mixture
Bake in a 300 degree oven for 50 minutes.
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
About 4 tablespoons of milk (or enough to make the icing spread evenly over the top of the cake).
Spread icing over warm cake and serve.
