1 beaten egg
3T milk
1 1/4 finely crushed ritz crackers
1/2 t paprika
1/8 t black pepper
1/2 t salt
**Tony Chacheres seasoning to taste
4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
2T butter, melted ( i tend to drizzle olive oil instead)

1. in small bowl combine egg and milk. In a shallow dish combine crushed crackers and seasonings. Set aside. Dip chicken breasts into egg mixture and then coat with cracker mixture.

2. In a greased 9x13 baking pan, arrange chicken so pieces aren't touching. Drizzle chicken w/ melted butter (or oil).

3. Bake in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
