2-3 lbs carrots, sliced
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/2 cup oil
1 large chopped onion
3/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp pepper and salt
1 cup sugar
1 can tomoato soup
1 large green onion, chopped
1tsp Worcestershire sauce

Cook carrots until tender. Drain. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then add carrots. Stir well. Marinate at room temperature up to 12 hours, stirring frequently to coat carrots. Refrigerate overnite. Makes 2 quarts.

Also good if you add some chopped red, green and yellow bell peppers as makes it pretty!
