5 c. peaches, drained and finely cut
1/2 c. orange juice (not concentrate)
5 c. sugar
1 small bottle maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
1-3 oz. pkg. orange flavored gelatin
Directions:
Directions:
In a large heavy saucepan, combine peaches, orange juice and sugar. Boil for 15 minutes. Add maraschino cherries; cook for an additional 10 minutes. Stir in gelatin. Pour into sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space. Adjust lids. Process for 15 minutes in boiling water bath. Makes 5 pints.
