2-1 pound sausage rolls
12 eggs, hard cooked and peeled
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450º. Divide sausage into 12 equal portions; shape into patties. Wrap each sausage patty completely around 1 hard cooked egg, pressing edges together to seal (recipe can be made to this point 1 day ahead). Dip sausage wrapped eggs in beaten egg; roll in bread crumbs until coated. Place in ungreased 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan. Bake for at least 30 minutes until meat is brown and cooked.
