4 or 6 chops Flour, seasoned to taste.
1/2 c.cider vinegar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar , firmly packed
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp.salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. ketchup
Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops with flour. Drain any excess fat. Combine and cook vinegar, sugars,soy ,salt and add onion and cook to a thin syrup. Pour sauce over chops. Cover and cook slowly for 1 hour or until tender.
