1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 large pkg. instant lemon pudding
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs (add 1 at a time)
1 tsp. vanilla

1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
2 tsp. cinnamon

Beat 6 to 8 minutes with a beater: cake mix, instant pudding, water, oil, eggs and vanilla. Pour 1/3 of batter in pan; sprikle 1/2 of filler over it; another 1/3 batter; reamining filler and top with rest of batter.

Filler: Combine sugar, walnuts and cinnamon

Bake for 1 hour at 350.
