1 boneless Pork Shoulder or Butt Roast (3-4 lbs)
1 t. Salt
1 t. Cumin
1 t. Paprika
1 t. Black Pepper
½ t. Ground Red Pepper
1 medium Onion, thinly sliced
1 medium Green Bell Pepper, cut into strips
1 18 oz. bottle Barbecued Sauce
½ c. packed Brown Sugar

Directions:

Trim excess fat from pork. Combine salt, cumin, paprika, black and red pepper in small bowl; rub on pork. Place onion and bell pepper in slow cooker; add pork. Combine barbecue sauce and brown sugar in a medium bowl; pour over pork. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. Transfer roast to cutting board. Trim and discard fat from roast. Shred meat with 2 forks. Serve pork with sauce on sandwich rolls. Messy sandwich, which makes it not the best meal for some company!
