Make Snicker Doodle Cookie dough and use half of recipe on a 10" round pizza pan.

Cookie dough:
1 cup shortening (softened),
1 1/2 cup sugar,
2 eggs,

Mix above ingredients until well blended. Add the following which has been sifted together.

2 3/4 cups flour,
2 tsp. cream of tartar,
1 tsp. soda,
1/4 tsp. salt

Spread cookie dough (1/2) on lightly greased pizza pan. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool.

8 oz. cream cheese, softened,
1/2 cup sugar,
1 can pineapple,
1 can mandarine oranges,
strawberries or kiwi or what ever you want.

Mix cream cheese and 2 Tbl. fruit juices. Spread on crust. Arrange fruit on crust. Cook combined fruit juices with 2 Tbls. cornstarch until thick and smooth. Pour on top. Chill.

This recipe is best if prepared only 2-6 hours before serving. Crust will get soggy if prepared a day ahead.
