3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 lbs. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 medium carrot, grated
1 medium onion
1 small chopped green pepper
2 eggs, beaten

Mix thoroughly. Pack in a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Mix together 1/4 c. catsup
3 T. brown sugar
2 T. prepared mustard

Spread over meat loaf. Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
