1 10 oz. package frozen broccoli
1 10 oz. package frozen cauliflower
2 T. butter
1 1/2 T. flour
1/4 tsp. each of salt, seasoned salt, pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
10 saltines, crushed

Cook vegetables according to package directions, drain well. Place in 2- quart casserole.
In saucepan, melt butter. Blend in flour and seasonings. Remove from heat and gradually stir in milk.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Sprinkle cheese over vegetables. Pour sauce over all. Top with cracker crumbs and a dash of paprika.

Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
