1 stick Butter (room temperature)
3/4 c. Brown Sugar
1/4 c. Agave Nectar
1/2 t. Cinnamon
pinch Salt
1/8 t. Ground Nutmeg
1/8 t. Ground Allspice
1/8 t. Ground Clove

Directions:

Add all ingredients and mix until fully incorporated and smooth.

To make, spoon a large dollop of the batter into a mug, add 2 oz rum, fill with boiling water. Stir until incorporated.

For this recipe I use dark rum. My personal favorite is Pusser's Rum, it adds to the already spicy flavor.
