1 cup oleo
1 cup sugar
1 cup pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1 cup raisins
1 cup nuts

cream sugar and oleo, beat in egg, beat well add pumpkin and vanilla with dry ingredients, add nuts and raisins, drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet Bake @350 10-12 minutes, frost cookies while warm

3 tbsp oleo
1/4 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
stirring constantly, bring to rolling boil--cool
make frosting before starting cookies, must be cool
